LSPT Lab, Mondays & Fridays 6-7am

Reactive Running (technique development and track work)
Pitt Park, Thursdays 6.30am

Dynamic Running (road and trail, hills and stairs)
Various locations, Tuesdays 6.30am

Move Well (strength & conditioning for oldies, newbies, Mums & bubs, injuries and rehab)
LSPT Lab, Wednesdays 12pm

Junior Squad Strength & Conditioning (sport-specific strength classes for teens)
LSPT Lab, Wednesdays 4pm

Junior Squad Reactive Running (technique development and track work for teens)
Pitt Park, Mondays and Thursdays 5.30pm
